What’ll you do

- Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and plan video projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Support the execution of video shoots and directing talent as needed;
- Edit footage using industry-standard software to create visually stunning and cohesive videos for corporate and product purposes (customer success stories, product demos, interviews, event coverage, tutorials, and social clips).
- Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and other post-production techniques to enhance the quality and impact of videos;
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all video projects;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining the highest level of quality;
- Create digital assets for social media, website, and campaigns (PDFs, flyers, brochures, Google Decks, etc.);
- Organize and maintain the media archive, ensuring accessibility and proper file management.

What’ll you need
- Proven experience (2+ years) in videomaking, video editing, and digital content creation;
- A portfolio that showcases your expertise in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production;
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects);
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives;
- Attention to detail, with a keen eye for composition, color, and visual aesthetics;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss creative ideas;
- A passion for videography, creativity, and a strong desire to push boundaries and innovate;
- Residence in Friuli Venezia Giulia region;
- Good command of English (written and spoken).

What’s nice to have
- Experience in supporting digital marketing activities, including content updates and management on CMS platforms (WordPress).
- Experience with SEO and link-building initiatives to improve online visibility.
