🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in automation and continuous improvement, and who is eager to deepen their skills in DevOps tools and practices.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain GitLab systems (prior experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is equally valued)
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automation of infrastructure and deployment tasks
• Manage containerized applications using Docker
• Configure and maintain Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
• Collaborate with R&D teams to streamline workflows and improve development pipelines
• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure reliability and scalability (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Maintain PCs, servers, instruments in build farm and expand it by adding new devices and equipment for new products
• Maintain tools deployment system to provide an easy work environment to developers
✨ Nice to Have or willing to learn:
• Scripting and automation mindset
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Willingness to take ownership of DevOps tools and environments
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Good written and spoken Italian and English (B2/C1).
