Role Overview
In this role, you will support the Supply Chain team in the daily execution and tracking of the product lifecycle, from production scheduling and outsourced electronics manufacturing to logistics and final delivery. Working under the guidance of the Head of Supply Chain, this role acts as an operational liaison with Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners, tracking daily work orders, inventory movements, and delivery milestones.
This position provides a comprehensive entry point into high-tech hardware operations and supply chain management, offering hands-on exposure to MRP/ERP systems, Master Production Schedule (MPS) support, New Product Introduction (NPI) tracking, RMA coordination, and supply chain data analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administation.
• 0–2 years of experience or internships in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or planning.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data visualization).
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP concepts (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and electronics manufacturing processes (PCB/SMT) is a plus.
• Good communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Italian and English (B2/C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Holder of a valid work permit for Italy

The offered contract for a newly university graduated up to 2-years working experience is Apprenticeship contract (30/36 months) – 3 to 6 months probation period and a salary range between € 30.000,00 and €33.000,00.
