🎯 Role Overview
In this role, you will be part of the Research and Developement Team, working closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
As a Junior R&D Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and experienced team that values precision, collaboration and continuous improvement.

✨ Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong interest in IoT technologies, embedded systems, and innovative digital solutions.
• Basic knowledge of software development principles, including experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java.
• Basic knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, Docker).
• Understanding of hardware fundamentals (microcontrollers, sensors, communication interfaces) and ability to use basic lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or multimeters.
• Motivation to learn and grow your skills and knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Good written and spoken Italian and English (B2/C1).
