Role Overview
In this role, you will be part the Software Team, working closely with other teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards. As IoT Cloud Applications Developer, you will be part of a dynamic and experienced team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You will design, deploy and maintain software solutions for IoT cloud based applications and worldwide services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop state of the art IoT device management and cloud application services.
• Maintain, refactor and optimize legacy IoT cloud based services infrastructure.
• Collect requirements, design, deploy and test your solutions.
• Follow software developments best practices and coding rules leveraging CI/CD and cloud deployment pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Technical or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer Science, or relevant experience of three years in similar subjects.
• Backend Development (C# / Python):
o Good foundation in backend development using C# and Python.
o Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.
o Understanding of service-oriented architecture and basic microservices concepts.
• Cloud & AWS Fundamentals:
o Basic familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon RDS.
o Understanding of cloud fundamentals (deployment, scalability, monitoring basics).
• Web Development Basics:
o Understanding of how web frontends interact with backend services.
o Ability to contribute to a web-based dashboard (UI + API integration).
• Database Basic Fundamentals:
o Basic experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
o Ability to write simple queries and understand data models.
• Version Control & Team Practices:
o Experience with Git.
o Familiarity with collaborative development workflows (branching, pull requests).
• Debugging & Problem Solving:
o Ability to troubleshoot across backend services, APIs, and basic frontend issues.
o Understanding of logging and error handling.
• Curious and eager to learn cloud infrastructure and device-based services.
• Comfortable working across backend, cloud, and basic frontend layers.
• Able to grow into ownership of features such as service configuration, monitoring dashboards, and device management workflows.

Bonus Points
• AWS & DevOps Exposure:
o Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch.
o Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
o Basic experience with containers (e.g. Docker).
• Dashboard & UX Development:
o Experience building customer-facing dashboards (data visualization, filtering, status views).
o Sensitivity to usability and clarity in UI design.
• IoT remote management:
o Exposure to remote device management.
o Understanding of device lifecycle, update delivery and monitoring in the field.
• Security & Access Control:
o Basic knowledge of authentication/authorization (tokens, roles, API security).
• Data & Monitoring:
o Interest in service monitoring, usage tracking, and reporting.
o Familiarity with logs, metrics, and alerting concepts.
