What you’ll do

Manage the end-to-end sales administrative lifecycle, from initial lead entry in the CRM to the finalization of contracts and service orders.
Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure all documentation meets corporate compliance and revenue recognition standards.
Generate and refine sales quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discount application, and product configurations.
Maintain CRM integrity by auditing data, updating account hierarchies, and producing weekly sales performance reports for leadership.
Coordinate post-sale handovers, ensuring the Customer Success and Implementation teams have all necessary documentation and historical context to begin onboarding.
Support the Sales team during the RFP/RFI process by gathering standard company documentation, certifications, and updated product fact sheets.

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in sales operations, back-office support, or commercial administration, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
Professional English proficiency, with proven experience using English as a primary working language for drafting commercial documentation and communicating with international stakeholders.
High attention to detail, with a clinical eye for spotting errors in complex contracts or financial spreadsheets.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing high volumes of requests from multiple Account Executives under tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data validation and reporting.
Fluent Italian, and English proficiency.
